That's the kind of survey that's used for official reports and for laws so it's super important that it has as many people taking it as possible. You can take it in every EU language. Its a good survey that uses respectful language. I just took it. It should be said that the survey is also open to people in Albania, North Macedonia and Serbia.

is Lestreth'tki called the heart of the realm due to its location being centralized like a human's heart is and/or is it more metaphorical? its in the center on that pre-fall navara map you made but im unsure if thats actually the true center as the surrounding land masses aren't fully shown.

It’s both, I suppose! Lestreth'tki was the first area of the realm known to come into existence by the “Creator” (whoever that is… 👀). It is pretty much the center of the realm in that sense, though it’s called the heart more-so for its cultural significance as opposed to its geographical location.
It’s held an important role in the world both pre and post abandonment… though I can’t fully say what! The most I can really point at is that the word Lestreth'tki is Old Common, which translates quite literally into “Land of Heroes” in Common!
